RIIMPO319E Conduct Backhoe/Loader Operations is a nationally recognised course that provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to operate backhoe/loaders safely and efficiently in the resources and infrastructure industries. This course is designed to ensure that workers are equipped with the necessary skills to operate backhoe/loaders in various working conditions.
The course covers a range of topics, including pre-operational checks, operational techniques, load, and haul procedures, shut down and secure equipment, and hazard identification and risk management. Participants will also learn about the importance of communication and teamwork in the workplace, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements for operating backhoe/loaders.
The RIIMPO319E Conduct Backhoe/Loader Operations course is suitable for workers in the resources and infrastructure industries who are required to operate backhoe/loaders as part of their job role. This course is suitable for workers who operate backhoe/loaders in a range of working conditions, including mining, quarrying, and construction.
Upon completion of the course, participants will have gained the necessary skills and knowledge to operate backhoe/loaders safely and efficiently and will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for RIIMPO319E Conduct Backhoe/Loader Operations.
This training is competency-based however is normally run over 1-2 days.
