CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry is a nationally recognised course that provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to work safely in the construction industry. This course is designed to ensure that workers have a solid understanding of the risks associated with working in construction and the measures required to control and manage these risks.

Course Description

The course covers a range of topics, including the identification and management of hazards and risks in construction, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency response procedures, and the management of workplace incidents and injuries. Participants will also learn about the legal and regulatory requirements associated with working in construction, as well as the importance of communication and teamwork in the workplace.

The CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry course is suitable for workers in the construction industry who are required to work on construction sites. This course is suitable for workers who are new to the industry or those who require refresher training in construction industry safety.

Upon completion of the course, participants will have gained the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely in the construction industry and will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry as well as their physical QLD Government “White Card”.
