Course currency status: Current as of 15/06/2010
Pre-requisites: This unit has a pre-requisite requirement. This requirement may be met by either the successful completion of the unit CPCCLDG3001A Licence to perform dogging or holding a valid licence for dogging.
Entry Requirements: While there are no specific entry requirements to enrol in this unit of competency, Training and Personnel Australia requires that learners are at least 16 years of age at time of enrolment and have 100 points of valid identification. In order to undertake the assessment process, learners must be at least 18 years of age.
In addition, students must complete an LL&N assessment. Students who do not achieve a satisfactory result (at least 50% in each of the literacy and numeracy), may still be enrolled into the course provided that enrolment has been endorsed by the trainer and corresponding additional support strategies have been put in place prior to the commencement in any training
Delivery mode: Face to face in simulated work environment at the TPA training premises. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available (please reference student handbook for this information).
Duration: 7 days (based on 10hr days). Includes completion of all theory and practical learning and assessment.
Learning resources the RTO will provide the learner: All learning material is supplied by TPA at no cost. Costs are incurred for replacements (please reference student handbook for this information) This includes: Learner Guides, Logbooks, Assessments, Pens, and Paper.
